SE Learning leverages Saint Elizabeth's 100 years of experience, large clinical infrastructure, in-house e-learning development team, career college instructors, and research center to develop, deliver and evaluate new education programs. SE Learning works closely with our FNIM Team to support and meet the learning needs of First Nations, Inuit and Métis. SE Learning offers a holistic solution with 3 elements to allow health care organizations to identify capacity needs; grow staff's knowledge and skills; and ensure better quality care for clients and family:


  • Essential Learning- ready-to deliver essential healthcare education programs developed and taught by clinical and education experts with flexible e-learning, face to face, and blended methods.

  • Custom Learning- custom education programs localized to meet the cultural and capacity needs at the organization and community level.

  • Capacity Consulting- interprofessional team of clinical and strategy experts that is highly experienced in helping health care organizations assess deep needs, and supports organizations throughout change implementation.
