Saint Elizabeth Health Care has been providing high quality, compassionate care to people in their homes and communities since 1908. We’re proud to offer the most comprehensive programs in a variety of fields. The focus of our services extends beyond the immediate health issue to include broader objectives of promoting client independence, well-being and quality of life. Individualized culturally-sensitive care is reflected in all that we do.

A positive client-provider relationship is an essential component of effective health care practice, which is why:

  • Our clients are our partners in their care
  • Our clients receive most of their care from the same care provider
  • Our clients receive the right level of care at the right time

Home care clients can access our services in their home, workplace, school or location of choice, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With 25 Service Delivery Centres across Ontario, we provide direct care and service on behalf of the publicly-funded Community Care Access Centres, as well as in select hospitals, long-term care facilities and community health care clinics.

Supplementary coverage to publicly-funded care, through insurance plans and private pay options, is available to clients who require additional care and support. For more information, please contact your nearest Service Delivery Centre .

High Quality Care

Our ongoing commitment to quality improvement and excellence in health care delivery is evidenced by our national Accreditation from the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation. In 1998, we were one of the first home and community health organizations in Ontario to be awarded Accreditation by the Council and our leadership in this area continues today.
