That’s why at Saint Elizabeth Health Care (SEHC) we learn and grow by investing in education, research and best practices. We take what we learn and share that knowledge with other health care organizations with the goal of creating a clinical network that provides clients with the best care from the best talent.
We want your clients to know that having access to the latest advances in care and information will enable them to be active partners in their own wellness. We want your managers to know that we seek out the latest in information and best practices. We want the health care community to know that our vision of education is about innovation and imagination.
What educational services do we provide? We can offer your organization workshops, in-services and just-in-time certifications. In traditional, instructor-led environments we offer a variety of in-services including infusion therapy, specialized wound care and palliative care. Our e-learning programs, such as @YourSide Colleague®, offer your staff accessibility, flexibility and customization of learning – it’s learning anytime, anywhere. It connects us all, creating a broader, more informed health care community.
Learning is exciting and through initiatives like Communities of Practice, our School of Thought and advanced clinical fellowships, SEHC is fostering that excitement. We all learn from establishing partnerships and by investing in knowledge development of our staff, they can bring what they learn from us back to your organization; back to the community.
