The Health Care Assistant (HCA) Diploma Program is offered by Saint Elizabeth to meet the growing demand for qualified Health Care Assistants in British Columbia and across Canada.

The mission of the HCA Diploma Program is to provide an education that specializes in preparing students to achieve employment or advancement in organizations that provide the following health services:

• Complex care
• Multi-level care
• Specialized dementia care
• Group homes
• Supportive housing co-ops
• Assisted living
• Home support

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are guaranteed an employment interview with Saint Elizabeth.
