Complex and Catastrophic Rehabilitation

Saint Elizabeth (formerly Continuum) provides community based services to individuals suffering from automobile, illness, slip and fall and/or work-related injuries. Our early intervention and ongoing rehabilitation services assist people with physical, psychological or environmental barriers that prevent them from returning to their former level of function. Acquired and traumatic brain injury (ABI) rehabilitation is one of our specialized areas of practice.

Our therapists assist those recovering from brain injuries reintegrate into their home, school, work and community environments. Saint Elizabeth also provides a full range of in-home and on-site rehabilitation services to facilitate the transition from hospital discharge to community reintegration.
