Saint Elizabeth Health Care’s community crisis response programs provide crisis intervention services to individuals in the community, 16 years and older, who are experiencing difficulties coping. Crisis services are provided in North York and Etobicoke by the Metro Crisis Team; and in Peel Region, by the Peel Crisis Team. Both the Metro and Peel crisis teams provide:
* 24/7 telephone support
* Mobile visits in the community
* Short term intensive case management
* Referrals and linkages to other community agencies
