Just Can’t Stop Them... Snowmobile Rally Tops Revenue

The third annual Mike Lightfoot Memorial Snowmobile Run, which took place in Huron County in February, was a huge success attracting more people than ever and raising even more money for charitable programs. More than 100 sleds participated in this year’s snowmobile rally, hosted by Country Corners Rent-All Inc., raising more than $2,800 for the Saint Elizabeth Health Care Foundation’s Caregiver Support Program. Specifically, the proceeds will enable Saint Elizabeth Health Care to help families in Huron County who are victims of cancer through the provision of charitable respite care and support.

The annual snowmobile rally honours the memory of Mike Lightfoot, brother-in-law of Cam Darling, owner of Country Corners Inc., who was cared for by Saint Elizabeth Health Care during his time of need.

The Foundation would like to thank and acknowledge the thoughtfulness, generosity and hard work of Country Corners Rent-All Inc. for hosting the snowmobile rally. We would also like to thank the volunteers who helped coordinate the event and the many participants and donors who ensured its success. To date, the snowmobile rally has raised more than $6,000.
