  You can make a donation by phone using your VISA or MasterCard by calling the Saint Elizabeth Health Care Foundation at (905) 940-9655 ext. 6516.

• By Mail or Fax
  You can make a donation by mail or fax by printing and completing the Donation Fax Form and forwarding it to our office by fax or mail.

• Online
  You can make a donation online through CanadaHelps.org. CanadaHelps.org is a registered charitable organization that provides a secure and fully bilingual e-giving solution to all Canadian donors and charities free-of-charge.
