Saint Elizabeth has registered to participate in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon taking place on Sunday October 16. Last year, 30 people participated and fundraised bringing in $9,000 in support of the Saint Elizabeth Foundation! We hope to double our numbers this year as we honour the memory of Dr. Joan Lesmond. Your gift to the Home for the Holidays Campaign is an important one. During this very special time of year, it is important for people to be at home with their families and friends. The Home for the Holidays Campaign enables us to help people in need of charitable care and support at home over the holidays. Since its inception 14 years ago, this holiday fundraising campaign has raised almost $700,000 and provided nearly 20,000 charitable visits to people and families in need throughout Ontario.
Imagination Ball raises over half million dollars for caregiver support!
The Saint Elizabeth Health Care Foundation’s inaugural gala, the Imagination Ball presented by TELUS was as an enormous success, not only in terms of money and ‘friends’ raised, but also in terms of increased profile for the organization. TELUS’ tremendous Title Sponsorship of the gala celebrating Saint Elizabeth Health Care’s 100th Anniversary helped to raise more than $525,000 for the Foundation’s essential Caregiver Support Program
